  • Does BSB Edge have a ‘Return & Replacement’ policy?

    Returns are not acceptable for orders cancelled after processing, that is, if order has been placed, invoiced and/or shipped.

    Any sealed products that have been opened or tampered with cannot be returned for refund or credit.

    Purchases of downloadable documents, CDs, subscription services, database access, special order items, and age-dated materials are final and cannot be returned for refund or credit.

  • What happens if a customer receives an incorrect publication?

    Hardcopy Publications

    Customer needs to send back the incorrectly sent publication. BSB Edge will ship the correct publication and will cover the cost of postage for publication to be exchanged.

    However, the publication that is will be returned to us for exchange should be in the original condition so that it can be re-sold. In case, the publication has been damaged in any manner, we will not be able to accept the return.

    Downloaded PDF Files

    In case a downloaded file is supplied incorrectly, we will replace it with the correct one. However, you need to return the incorrect file to us by e-mail and delete the file from your computer.

  • What if the purchased publication is replaced by a new edition?

    If your publication is replaced by a new edition within 10 days from the order date, we will provide a replacement.
