BSB Edge Private Limited may, at any time, make modifications, changes, to these Terms & Conditions of Sale, without prior notice. The ’Buyer’ is, therefore, responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms & Conditions of Sale. The ‘Buyers’ continued access of the website for ordering and purchasing, following any modifications, changes, or alterations shall constitute, ‘Buyers’ acceptance of such modifications, changes, or alterations.

The prices of the ‘Product’ or ‘Products, are those specified on the BSB Edge website. Pricing for undelivered ‘Product’ or ‘Products’ may be increased in the event of an increase in Seller’s cost, change in market conditions or any other causes beyond the Seller’s reasonable control.

Hardcopy Publications

We produce large majority of our publications using print-on-demand technology, which means that within seconds of your order being processed, we have manufactured a book specifically to your order, and incurred significant cost. In these circumstances, we may not be able to accept a cancellation from you. If you would like to cancel your order please contact one of our Customer Service personnel immediately or as soon as possible after placing the order.

Softcopy Publications

Regrettably, for softcopy publications that are immediately downloaded as PDF files, the cancellation is not acceptable. However, in case a downloaded file is faulty, we may ask that you return the faulty file to us, and thereafter, we will provide the new file.

The ‘User’ agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BSB Edge and any of its affiliates, employees and agents from and against all and any expenses, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses of any character incurred or suffered and any claims or legal proceedings which are brought or threatened, in each case arising from the ‘Users’ access of, or conduct on, the website and/or a breach of any of these Terms & Conditions of Sale.

All orders placed by the ‘Buyer’ are subject to acceptance by BSB Edge the ‘Seller’. Orders may not be cancelled or rescheduled without Seller’s written consent. All orders must identify the products, unit quantities, part numbers, applicable prices and requested delivery dates of the ‘Product’ or’ Products’ being purchased. Seller may designate certain ‘Products’ and ‘Services’ as non-cancelable, non-returnable.

Payment may be made by credit card, or debit card (all fees are borne by the Buyer). Where Seller has extended credit to Buyer, terms of payment shall be net thirty (30) days from date of invoice, without offset or deduction. If Buyer fails to make each payment when it is due, Seller reserves the right to change or withdraw credit and thereby suspend or cancel performance under any or all purchase orders or agreements in which Seller has extended credit to Buyer. In the event of default by Buyer, Seller shall be entitled to costs, fees, and expenses, including but not limited to recovery of attorney fees, court costs and fees, and collections costs.

In no event shall BSB Edge be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, whether under a contract or any other theory of liability, arising in connection with the ‘Users’ ordering and purchase of ‘Product’ or ‘Products’ from BSB Edge website or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, line system failure, loss of data, or loss of use related to this website or any website operated by any third party or any Contents of this website or any other website, even if BSB Edge is aware of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms & Conditions of Sale shall be governed by the laws of India, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions. The ‘User’ agrees that the appropriate court(s) in India, will have the exclusive jurisdiction to resolve all disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions of Sale and the ‘User’, hereby, consent to personal jurisdiction in such forum.

Without prior written approval from BSB Edge Private Limited, no part of these Terms and Conditions may be copied or reproduced in any form or by any means.
