  • What are the available payment modes?

    Through our e-commerce website, you can quickly access our online database to find the exact standards and publications you need. You can pay by cheque, credit card, or wire transfer.

    Cheques: All cheques must be drawn on an Indian bank in Delhi and made payable to BSB Edge Private Limited.

    Credit Card: We accept both Visa and Mastercard.

    You can pay online through our safe and secure e-commerce website or you may choose to provide your credit card information by phone, e-mail or fax. Please see details below.

  • Do you provide a receipt if a customer uses a credit card for making payment?

    Yes. We do provide a receipt if a customer uses a credit card for making payment.

    Please note:

    • If you buy online, we e-mail the Invoice. You can also click the ‘Download Invoice’ link from the download page. This will produce a print friendly receipt.
    • If you buy a hardcopy to be shipped to you by mail, we will send you a receipt with your purchase.
  • When ordering, does a customer need to quote a purchase order number?

    Yes, a customer will be asked to quote a purchase order number when you phone our customer service personnel. If you do not use purchase order numbers, we will record the name of the person placing the order. The purchase order number or contact will be quoted on your invoice or receipt.

  • Do phone orders need to be confirmed in writing?

    No. Once we have received your order it is processed immediately into our order management system. A confirmation of your order is unnecessary.

  • Can an order be cancelled?
    Hardcopy Publications

    Large majority of our publications are printed using the print-on-demand technology. Once an order is processed, the required publications are printed specifically for the customer. Therefore, we usually do not accept cancellations.

    Softcopy Publications

    Softcopy publications can be downloaded as PDF files immediately after the purchase is made. Therefore, cancellation is not acceptable. However, in case a downloaded file is faulty, we may ask you to return the faulty file to us, and thereafter, we will provide the new file.
