This standard can be referenced in specifications for purchasing and receiving cold-water meters—fluidic-oscillator type. It can be used as a guide for manufacturing this type of meter. The stipulations of this standard apply when this document has been referenced and only to cold-water meters—fluidic-oscillator type.
